Our Returns Team will process your request and provide detailed instructions on how to return your order
You must then return your order to us no later than 30 days from the date of delivery
We will only accept the return of unused items in the original packaging, and they must be in a re-saleable condition.
How much does it cost to have an order returned?
Where possible, we prefer to arrange collection of your order for return to our warehouse. We work with a selection of specialist couriers using premium services to ensure your order is handled with the care required to have it returned to us in perfect condition.
By leaving the return to us, you get additional peace of mind:
We will arrange the collection request with our specialist courier partner, according to when is convenient for you
Once your items have been collected, responsibility of the items arriving back to our warehouse in perfect condition transfers to us
Returns sent by your own means would be at your own risk, and added insurance with your courier of choice, up to the value of the order, would be needed
Due to our strong relationships with our courier partners, we receive preferential pricing and service access. Rather than provide flat-rate costs for our returns collection service, we look at each individual request and give the best price possible for the particular items being returned and where they are to be collected from, meaning you can be sure you are getting the best price possible.
Please do not return any items to us without first requesting the return via our Returns Form. Certain items require returning to specific warehouses and any unauthorised returns may be refused.
Can I return a bespoke item?
As per our Terms & Conditions at the point of purchasing, unfortunately any bespoke items cannot be returned, as these have been manufactured specifically to your requirements, and we may not have any demand for a product of this specification for a long period of time, if ever at all considering the amount of combinations there are when it comes to bespoke product. Bespoke items are identified on their product page. Additionally, any items with a lead of 2 weeks or more are classed as bespoke orders, and cannot be returned.
